GENERAL LOCATION

The National Archives is located at 700 Pennsylvania Avenue, NW, Washington, DC  20408.  Meeting attendees are asked to enter through the Special Events Entrance on 7th and Constitution Avenue.  There will be a security check-in desk in the main lobby and signage pointing the way to the William G. SCHEDULE FOR THE DAY

The National Archives can be accessed as early as 7:30 am.  An onsite registration table will be set up to obtain meeting packet, nametag and any handouts provided by the speakers.  There will be morning refreshments beginning at 8:30 am with the program starting promptly at 9:00 am.   A coffee refresher is planned for  10:00 am.   A boxed lunch is included in the cost of registration with lunch tables provided in the Presidential Conference Rooms two levels up from the McGowan Theater floor.  An afternoon refreshment break is scheduled at 2:20 with the program concluding at 4:30 pm.
